At Diarrhea Relief Medicine, we work to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, available shipping options, delivery estimates, and what to expect after placing an order.

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders

We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required.

Most standard orders are delivered within approximately 4–8 business days after shipment. Depending on your location and the package, orders may be shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or another comparable carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are generally processed for shipment the same business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, during weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

In some cases, processing may take longer due to high order volume, inventory availability, payment verification, or other operational circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Expedited Shipping

For customers who need their order sooner, expedited shipping may be available for eligible orders and destinations.

• Expedited Delivery: Estimated delivery of approximately 2 business days after shipment
• Shipping Cost: Any applicable fee will be displayed at checkout
• Availability: Subject to product, destination, and carrier eligibility

Orders of $60 or more may qualify for free expedited shipping when the offer is available and the order meets the applicable eligibility requirements.

The shipping option, delivery estimate, and price displayed at checkout are the most accurate information for your specific order.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping may be available for eligible products and U.S. destinations for a flat fee of $35.

To request overnight delivery, orders should generally be placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Overnight service is subject to carrier availability and may not be available for every product, destination, weekend, or holiday.

P.O. Box Deliveries

We can ship eligible orders to P.O. Boxes using USPS or another qualifying service.

Some expedited and overnight services require a physical street address and therefore may not be available for P.O. Box deliveries.

If you require expedited or overnight shipping, please provide a physical delivery address when required by the carrier.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories

Free standard shipping may be available for eligible orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and expedited service availability may vary by destination.

The shipping options and rates available for your address will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, we will send your tracking information to the email address or mobile number associated with your order.

Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately after shipment. Carriers sometimes require additional time to scan and update the package in their tracking system.

If your tracking information has not updated, please allow additional time before contacting us, particularly during weekends, holidays, or periods of high carrier volume.

Delivery Delays

We understand that receiving your order on time is important.

However, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Diarrhea Relief Medicine is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Transportation disruptions
• Carrier service interruptions
• Holidays or peak shipping periods
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Other unforeseen delivery issues

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or there is a problem with the tracking information, please contact us and we will help review the shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you discover an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

If a package is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Lost, Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order:

• Appears to be lost in transit
• Arrives damaged
• Contains the wrong product
• Is missing an item
• Has another shipping-related issue

please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect shipments, we may ask you to provide photographs of the package, shipping materials, or product to help us investigate.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on the destination, carrier requirements, applicable laws, or other regulatory requirements.

If a product cannot be shipped to your address, we may contact you to discuss the order. Where appropriate, we may remove the affected product from the order or cancel the order and issue a refund for the affected item.

U.S. Shipping Only

Diarrhea Relief Medicine currently ships orders within the United States and does not offer shipping to international destinations.

Available shipping options and rates are based on the delivery address entered during checkout.

Changes to Shipping Information

Shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates may change from time to time based on carrier availability, destination, product eligibility, or other circumstances.

The shipping information presented during checkout applies to your specific order and takes precedence over general estimates stated in this policy.
